        What has happened to RBS, today your representative didn't know where Tranent and Haddington was, was couldn't spell or pronounce East Lothian and provided the wrong information by giving me a number for Nat West and not RBS. There was differing information regarding branch opening times and I wanted to be sure before travelling that my branch was open.

        The staff member I talked to was very helpful and understanding. All staff were pleasant and I felt confident in what I had fo do to solve mt problem as I was given clear instructions. Very good service indeed.

        When I attend this bank I always receive good service, the staff are friendly and helpful there isn't an overly too long wait since restrictions with covd, the machines to cash money in are helpful and easy to use in a busier spell. They also have reasonable interest rate savings accounts in comparison to other banks at the moment
