The guy that I spoke to said he would come out and have a look the issue that I had.Three times a no show. When I chased him he had poor excuses, didn't apologise and didn't call to cancel. Overall, he was almost rude over the phone. Poor communication and unreliable. Hope I'm the only one with that experience.
