I put my car in to OCD on the Friday before our daughters wedding on the Saturday, with the intention of using it as the bridal car. The valeting job was excellent. However, an electrical fault meant the car didnt start so we couldnt use it on the day. OCD were brilliant. They sent me back to the Friday wedding celebrations, taking care of Green Flag who came late on in the evening, before accompanying the flat bed to the wedding venue, dropping off my car and my keys. As if this wasnt enough, they sourced a replacement battery and returned on the Saturday to fit it. All this, way beyond the call of duty! They knew we werent from the area and that we didnt know who to go to. They said its nice to be nice! What a team. I cant thank them enough for their efforts to get me up and running again. All that aside, if you want a high quality valeting job done on your car, I recommend OCD.
