If you are even thinking about going to Scotland, I HIGHLY recommend Destination Management Scotland ! Not only is Terri incredibly knowledgable about whisky, she is an absolute DELIGHT to know, and plans the most flawless trips out there. My first time in Scotland would not have been the same without her taking care of every little detail, assuring that it was smooth sailing the entire visit. She really does have the gift of making these trips magical, and again, I can not recommend her enough. Thank you Terri!

I have used Terri Bryce on several occasions for large trips where we have taken VIPs from the USA to Scotland. Terri provides a very professional service that is invaluable to us as she arranged every aspect of the trip down to the smallest detail. Terri has always been present on our trips and makes sure everyone has a great time as she is very accommodating, amicable and a lot of fun to have around. I would highly recommend Terri to anyone who needs a fantastic organiser and great host for any trip around Scotland and Ireland

Visiting Scotland in spring 2018 was one of the most memorable travel experiences of my life, largely thanks to Terri at Destination Management Scotland. Not only did she fit right in with a group of a dozen bartenders visiting the country for a cocktail competition at Glenfiddich, she was always one step ahead logistically and kept things running smoothly throughout -- no easy feat when it comes to hammering out all of the details for a large group on a transatlantic trip. If you're looking for an experienced, personable, and knowledgeable resource who's a whisky enthusiast to boot, look no further than Terri!

Terri was referred to us by our long-standing travel agent who does not do Scotland. I was initially a wee bit concerned, mainly because all of the communication would occur via e-mail or over WhatsApp and I just didn't know how well that would work. Back story, this was our special trip celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and we wanted it to be memorable in all the right ways. Back to Terri, I should never have been worried: She got back to me immediately when I reached out to her via e-mail, arranged a time for us to speak on WhatsApp, and then asked all the right questions, i.e., do we golf (NO!), like good food (YES!), shopping, sight seeing, culture, the outdoors, etc., etc. She then proceeded to put together a rough itinerary including things to do and see that we reviewed. We agreed on that itinerary and then we started tweaking: Hotels, restaurants, etc. Terri always gave us choices and then her recommendations and why she recommended them. Once we'd settled on hotels, we moved onto dining and man, was she AWESOME! Never once at any of the dinner locations she picked was she wrong. Every single place was absolutely fantastic! Best of all, SHE made the reservations. I didn't have to lift a finger. Just plain wow. The best story, and the true exemplar of her peerless and incomparable service, came on the night of our actual anniversary. We had reservations at, apparently, the best restaurant in all of Scotland, located on The Isle of Skye. However, that venue was at least an hour's drive, both ways, away from our hotel. The weather was god awful: 40 mph winds and raining sideways. We'd also spent all day driving on Skye's notoriously windy and narrow roads and simply weren't up to doing that in the dark. Added to that, a hire car to and from would've been prohibitively expensive once added to the cost of the meal. So I called her the night before and she was able to cancel our reservation and make another at a classy and classic venue a mere 15 minutes from our hotel. To make it even better, she arranged to pay for our pre-dinner cocktails in the venue's library. For that effort, I am, and always will be, eternally grateful. Look, I've used travel agents for more than 30 years. Terri is, hands down, indisputably, the best I've ever encountered. She is friendly, funny, competent in the extreme, and knows Scotland probably better than anyone has a right to do. I would characterize her as more of a travel concierge than a travel agent. She was there when we needed her, all of her recommendations were flawless and of the highest caliber, and she went above and far beyond my expectations. If you are ever in need of a travel agent in Scotland, seriously, don't even begin to contemplate using anyone else. Terri is everything you'll ever need or want.
