        Being in the Retail Sector, I have to applaud the customer service experienced by Karen, this morning at the Gretna Outlet. We showed a little interest in a few products & Karen recognised the opportunity, and shared her knowledge & passion. This gave us 100% confidence in the product, we purchased there & then and more than we normally would have. If only more staff showed the same enthusiasm, shopping wouldnt be such a chore.. 5 star rating to Karen & Le Creuset

        Shopping in store today and absolutely blown away with Karen and the teams service she in particular couldn't have been more helpful. She pointed us in the right direction in building the start of our first homes kitchen collection. She was so knowledgeable and friendly. We shall certainly be back.
