        Extremely disappointing experience in the store. I purchased a pair of sketcher trainers 4 months ago, decided to wash the trainers (with a pair Veja trainers) and then speed up drying by placing both on a hand warm radiator. The Sketchers soles disintegrated and shrank and became complete unusable the Veja trainers were completely okay. It says on the label air dry do not tumble dry but it should say do not use any heat to dry! The manager refused a refund, refused a discount as a good will gesture on the replacement and whats more the trainers stated they were now in the sale and were exactly the same price as Id bought them 4 months ago. I wrote to the company about this a month ago and they never replied. So be warned DO NOT SPEED UP DRYING THESE TRAINERS IN ANYWAY and customer service is appalling!
