        Before you start complaining about this surgery, you should try the practice I'm in! My mother has been treated with respect and kindness with appropriate medication etc.

        I feel sorry for the people of Gretna having this as their only surgery. Reception staff are the rudest Ive ever encountered. Doctors arent the best either. Bit of a circus. Ive lodged a complaint against the practice but they refused to follow complaint procedures set by NHS Scotland. Thank god Im moving.

        Very poor surgery and very poor level of treatment from the doctors there. I have used the Ecclefechan doctors surgery and the Annan surgery and must say they really highlight how poor this surgery is. They do not appear to have good knowledge of treatments available etc and would argue in my opinion and experience they also misdiagnos and provide inadequate / incorrect treatment I do feel an inspection from the health board wouldn't go amiss with this surgery. Luckily I no longer have to use this practice
