        Had 102 red roses for Valentines. I ordered them over the phone in January had to wait 10 minutes on the phone because Karen just put the phone down on me talking to customers in the shop was very rude. They come late in the morning and I do not live in Gretna so I could not collect myself about 25 red roses on each bouquet was good perfect but the rest were just rammed in anywhere they could go will not use again do not recommend. Ill try to ring them and talk to Karen she just kept ignoring me and telling me that my girlfriend was in the wrong I would like a comment back

        Ordered flowers over the phone for next day delivery which was Xmas Eve. Flowers arrived at 08:30am, they were beautiful and made my wife very happy. Thank you to the staff at Gretna Flower Basket for a fantastic service. You have helped make this Xmas a little better..

        I would definitely recommend flower basket. A totally professional service with a touch of humanity. Absolutely loved my wedding bouquet and flowers for my hair. All delivered to the hotel in time for the hairdresser to do my hair. It's a shame we live so far away otherwise I would use Flower basket for all my flowers. Birthdays etc.
