(IMPORTANT: THE FOLLOWING NEGATIVE REVIEW IS UPDATED 4/2/23 BY STATING THAT THE PRACTICE MANAGER QUICKLY GOT IN TOUCH WITH ME AND ORGANISED A FULL REFUND FOR ME AND MY WIFE. SHE COULD JOT HSVE BEEN MORE PROFESSIONAL, FOR WHUCH WE ARE GRATEFUL.) I paid 65 each for me and my wife, who are visitors to the area, to have a bi-annual hygienist treatment (scale and polish). It never takes less than 30 minutes each, and often longer. To my amazement the dentist, Raveendra Manemi, had my wife out within 11 minutes. When I enquired how he achieved that speed he was charming, evasive and patronising. He then had me out of the chair in just 16 minutes. His work is rushed, sloppy and uncomfortable - he allowed his tool to scrape our gums. The staff are super-friendly and very chatty, but they drop their mask the instant they are challenged. There is something very wrong about this place and we will be filing a complaint about Mr. Manemi to the General Dental Council, of which he is an accredited member.

First time back to the new surgery since Covid. Joined as a private patient. Seen by Tiago, who I would highly recommend. He is patient & makes you feel at ease. His work is to a very high standard. Thk u.
