I had windows fitted a couple of years ago through Wheatley housing and I'm two up in a tenement flat the problem with these is the cleaning the bottom window comes out to clean but the top window can only slide down so you have to hang out in order to clean them which is dangerous also the draughts coming through them were bad I have since had housing fit secondary double glazing and now it's impossible for me to open the existing windows to clean the ongoing issues relating to this has left me stressed out and no one from Blair or housing will take responsibility for the complete state of these.
