Sailed on East End Endeavor with Sam on a 7day RYA Competent Crew course and had the greatest experience learning sailing and visiting the lovely Firth of Clyde area with my daughter, 12 and my husband. Sam is an excellent skipper and unsurpassable teacher with unfailing approach to new sailors (and also to experienced ones). He is also a great cook and a very good guide to the coast locations and marine life. We enjoyed sailing on the boat which felt very safe and reliable, it is very suitable for learning on it. My daughter enjoyed sailing even better than before. Thank you Sam once again for your patience and attention.

We're a family of four (inc 13 and 15 y/o) and did a five day Competent Crew / Day Skipper course on East End Endeavour at the end of July... Sam was great company and an excellent guide to the area and I felt we got a really good taste of sailing culture. We all had a really good time, with an impressive amount of both instruction and fun crammed into every day on board, and the scenery was incredible. The facilities and boat were all great, and if anything possibly more comfortable than anticipated, and very well laid out. The galley was very user friendly, and accordingly, the food was great - we all ate very well. The ability to use the marina bathroom and shower facilities (which we werent really aware of before we left) made the whole experience a lot more civilised than expected!! We would happily recommend the EEE sailing experience and will be back ourselves.

Had a great experience with RS doing my RYA Competent Crew course, would highly recommend to anybody looking to get introduced to sailing or expand upon previous experience and gain more skills.

We've just spent 2 days on the Clyde with Sam showing us how to use our new day sailer. There's nothing to beat some intensive training in a small group with someone who knows the waters like the back of their hand. Great experience and well worth the cost!

Having already got several decades of sailing experience I still found the five day sailing with Rival Sailing beneficial and fun, providing me with up to date qualifications. Whether you're new to sailing or an old sea dog like me, I can recommend Sam and Jenny from Rival Sailing to provide expert tuition and a very hospitable time aboard Eastend Endeavour.
