Had a small issue with the quality of the product supplied, obviously not of the shops making, but was really appreciative of the superb customer service! The manufacturer was contacted and a replacement product was organised really promptly. I will definitely be purchasing all our dog food from them in the future and will be recommending this company to my friends.

I'm not one to ever remember to leave reviews, however the service has always been so good that it really warrents it. Really helpful staff who go above and beyond. Great variety of stock too . Highly recommend.

I ordered some dry kibble samples. I emailed the shop as they were running a little late. I received a quick response from Patricia with an explanation and an offer of a refund if I desired. I changed the kibble size and my order was posted the next day. I was pleasantly surprised to find so many extra samples had been sent. Thank you very much for that. I will definitely shop here again.
