Kincaid House

Arrogant incompetent unhelpful staff and that includes the home management team .....inconsistent information given each time you call ..when they decide to answer the phone .........would not recommend this care home one bit...lack of professionalism .and standards have gone AWOL... as proved by the last care inspectorate visit which showed how awful this home is .only interested in profit and how much money they can make ....massive clear out of dead wood staff required .

My mum was in Kincaid House for the last 4 months of her life and I cannot recommend this home enough. Beautiful surroundings, clean great staff (I hope the company recognise the asset they have with their staff) . Mum was shown great respect and her care was excellent . Not only mums care but the night she passed away I was with her and the care and support I was given helped me enormously. We could not have wished for better.

My friend and l regularly visit an elderly lady from our church. She is always very clean and well dressed. Her clothes, hair and nails are spotless. The lady smiles at staff and points out her favourites. She said that she is very happy here, and loves the views from the windows. The staff treat her and us with respect and are always pleasant. The home is always clean and smells fresh. When it is my time to be cared for by others, my wish is that l would be lucky enough to be chosen to live in Kincaid House.
