My gran went here for carpets and the people who laid the carpets where absolutely brand new, no complaints, however the person who collected the money for picking up the old carpets was cheeky and snatched the money out of her hand which is totally disrespectful, absolutely ridiculous! There was no money discussed for the picking up of the old carpets, it wasnt until after they where gone she received a phone call about how much she owed them for it, this was an absolute shambles the only good thing to have come out of it where the two helpful guys who came to the house and fitted the carpets, apart from them, this was a disgrace!!!!, never again will I shop from!!!!

Fantastic service from Dallas Carpets! Everyone was so helpful from measuring, advice on what carpet to choose to the actual fitting. Would definitely recommend as I am so pleased with the finished job.

Amazing carpet shop, easily best in Inverclyde. There was so many choices luckily the staff.. shout out to Janet.who gave me Great service and genuine advice as I'm moving to New flat and needed the whole place kitted out. From walking through the doors to leaving was just a brilliant experience (I get anxious and thought i would have a bad time choosing it all but no....I feel fab! Chris who measured the flat was brilliant and very professional and courteous.i. Have no doubts in giving Dallas carpet's 5 stars. My family's shopped there for year's and Will continue to do so as long as they're open... happy time's ahead
