Staff member said would get someone to call back and didn't update- now called me back and very friendly staff and happy they are helping me so I now give 5 phoned back today and was very happy and helpful thank you Kevin for being very understanding with my situation had to phone back again today and the person who answered the phone has now told me she doesn't think the member of staff that deals with me can forward my complaint so for that reason immtakeing 2 stars off I was told last time I phoned they would forward my complaint to the relevant place

Myself and my niece facilitate two groups in your Voice and the stafg ccouldnot be any more helpful or nice if they tried !top marks to them all , they deserve some recognition
