        Top marks to Connor in Vodafone. I only went in to ask how to refresh my phone as it was near capacity and he not only did that but took the time to clearly explain how to manage in future so I could enjoy my phone continuously...

        Staff here pleasant and very helpful. Sometimes the way they present details of offers are a bit misleading but that is down to the company not the staff. The most annoying thing is trying to phone to ask a question. IT IS A NIGHTMARE!!! Tried to find out if local shop was open. Alas, none of the choices offered allowed me a way to speak to a human - just a machine. This just not good enough!
