        Shocking customer service. I purchased a mobile from a very helpful young woman. Through an IT mistake they made, the money was accidentally refunded. They told me that the only way to resolve was to return the phone to the shop and go through the whole process again which was incredibly inconvenient for me. I was on holiday in Edinburgh at the time and I don't live near Greenock. When we got back to the shop the phone was snatched from my hand with all my data on. After an hour in the shop I finally got the data removed and was offered a 20 goodwil gesture for our inconvenience . I left very distressed and shaken by the incredible rudeness of the manager. I left without a phone. I have never experienced such shockingly bad customer service especially when we had to resolve their mistake by going out of our way to return it, as we were not allowed to return it to a carphone warehouse in Edinburgh. At the end of the hour we finally got a grudging apology. I will never shop there again or at any other Carphone Warehouse.
