I thought the woman serving me was lovely and friendly. I paid 10 deposit for my duvet to get washed (bf got pizza stains all over sheets which sunk into the duvet! ). I was told by woman I cant guarantee itll come out. Then was told to come back on same day at 2pm . I was expecting it to be done for tomorrow but was happy coming back on same day. I was then asked to pay 9.50 I think. So total price was just under 20. I asked her if she got stains out, but she said she forgot to look but didnt see marks while folding it up. Then I found out, you couldve bought a new duvet for that price And what if she didnt even get stains out and youve paid 20 . Luckily stains did come out though. But was just wondering maybe next time Ill just buy new one lol if ur paying 20 for no guarantee stains are defo going to be gone. I wouldve gave 5/5 if it was cheaper.
