        I have used hays on several occasions now and have always found the staff friendly and very helpful. I won't book through any other agent now

        Went in recently to check the availability or s holiday I seen on line and whether a local company could match the price. The agent in Hayes says she couldn't and would be an extra 50 which disgruntled I accepted and low and behold just as she had put the transaction through the price went up another 81 which I then said I wouldn't accept and just to cancel. I was then told it could take up to 29 days for a refund which was ridiculous and could potentially stop me getting another holiday. This is my reason for a low rating.
