Had stock of a pulley for a mower that was difficult to find. There was a slight hiccup with the dispatch of the item but I was proactively informed by an email from the MD himself, explaining what had happened. It was then sent first class and arrived the following morning. Processes sometimes fail but personal communication and prompt action goes a long way to keeping customers happy.

Ordered a starter motor on Monday the 10th of August then informed that item was shipped on the 11th to be received between the 14th and 18th of August and still no starter motor. I have work booked in and stand to lose 100s of pounds in work that has been booked in on the strength of this company delivering. I am so desperate that yesterday I ordered another one from another company. Worst thing of all though is the tracking number doesnt work so either wrong number given or worst a bogus one. Ive left two e-mails with no response, theres no way of contacting you by phone so obviously you cant be bothered. I dont think you had the part in stock in the first place. I will never use your business again and would like to tell others to beware when dealing with your company. I wish I could give no stars. Buyers beware. So whats the proper tracking number then?

This was the second time I have contacted Outdoor Spares for parts for my lawnmower. Their response to my requests have been prompt and helpful. I have found my dealings with this company to be faultless and have no hesitation in recommending them to potential customers.

What fantastic customer service!! Had a recoil go on my Sanli mower and a new one was sent immediately but sadly it didn't fit although it was the correct part for the engine number. Ian at outdoorspares asked for a couple of pictures and then sourced one for me from a different manufacturer and sent it off to me and also said that if it was incorrect they would pay the return postage! It did fit and all was well. Ian then emailed me to check all was OK. The service was fantastic and would recommend this company to anyone! Thank you outdoor spares for your great service.
