I returned custom as I'd sorted out a mattress for another address years ago,which was generously tipped. On this occasion, i woke after 1 night on the 600 mattress with a very sore back for half the day. I called Hugh the owner who'd sold it to say I'd have to swap it. It had a mattress protector on it and was still in the condition it was sold in. Legally under the Trading Standards Act I had a fortnight to return the mattress, so what did Hugh do, kept telling me to call back as he was short staffed and every other excuse, stated that I'd tried the mattress in store, yes for 2 minutes, not a few hours! I'm disgusted with this. Every day I wake up after only a few hours sleep with a sore back and extremely sore hip flexors. Every. Day. I have chronic pain, i have a 1 year old baby, a 2 year old baby, a dog, a parrot which i look after day and night, what i do not have, is time to appeal, in futility to a rich businessman of Greenock with no conscience. Lord knows when I'll be able to afford to fix the problem, which legally, Hugh was obliged to do. Will not be returning custom!

Went in just for a quick look never expecting to find what I was looking for. They have a great range of beds and got exactly what I wanted. Hugh was really helpful. I live in Dunoon and it was delivered when I asked for it. The guys built the bed-frame for us and took the old bed away. Ill definitely go back and will happily recommend to family and friends

I needed a bed supplied as fast as possible. I phoned Pypers and the lady said she could have it delivered to my door next day. They gave me an estimated time slot for arrival. Bed was good quality, and a fair price. The bed was delivered free of charge at the right time and the lovely delivery guys even brought it in and set it up for me. Fantastic service! Will definitely be back here if needing more furniture!
