Still waiting for an inventory and receipts for my dad's personal property after nearly three years of blair and bryden and in particular Harold Gray wasting my time with false statements and an ignorant attitude. This person is like a one track dinosaur with repeated statements such as I don't like the sound of your voice and a persistent inability to let clients speak and instead talks over clients if he can't explain himself. Also has the ability to threaten legal action over genuine reviews posted on social media in order to put himself and his business in a better light than it actually is and deserves. The customer service is very poor and I am glad not to have to deal with the customer service personnel anymore as they lack manners and common courtesy. I am fed up of their greed in requesting call backs and unnecessary letters not wanted and must remind them that my father's estate was never meant to be a cash cow for Blair and bryden. Avoid at all costs.
