        Great to go in the mornings as it's super quiet. I prefer using the free weights downstairs & there's always plenty of space for folks. The weight machines upstairs aren't ideal - they're not fantastically robust. The waterfront Gyms machines are better for sure. But you can't beat the price & convenience of JD if you live close to or in town.

        Great value for money in comparison to the overpriced waterfront. Good kit there too, sauna room is a nice touch. If only it had a steam room but none the less it's a great gym
