Roxburgh Practice

Reception seem to have an extremely unhealthy attitude and complete and total lack of care and empathy. Will not let you finish explaining anything, accuses you of interupting them despite it being them that's interrupting you constantly, glares, dirty looks and eyerolls galore while told to stop shouting (absolutely no shouting was going on) and to go away and leave while hyperventilering during a panic attack. I nearly passed out in the carpark and had to be helped by another member of public while the staff all mysteriously vanished. Im now very scared, anxious and uncomfortable with this practice and have requested that they remove me which was met with the same attitude. Your reception and practice managers attitude is going (and already has looking at other reviews) to cost people their life's which is unacceptable and utterly disgusting.

My dad had a urine infection and rang on a Friday morning for an antibiotic. No one called him back and no prescription was left. He died of sepsis after 4 days in high dependency. Practice Sent me a sympathy card. Very kind of them eh

I'm new to the practice . Without exception, the staff in reception are the best. They have endless patience sorting problems, answering queries. The phone is always answered speedily with only occasionally a very short wait. They are always happy to help, in the most efficient way, and I always feel welcome. Thank you.
