        GP, s are a 5/5 trying to get through to receptionists a 1/5 since moving to this new health centre the wait times to get through on the phone are shocking. You are in que position 1 or two for ages or you get an automated message please phone back when at a quieter time ! 9.48 am is not peak time nor 2.00pm. Pleas.sort this guys not good enough Gordon Darroch. Inverkip

        Was annoyed today the reception staff couldn't sort a simple problem out to begin with and I ended up on the phone for ages this has happened a few times now apart from that I'm not leaving the practice I will give them a chance had to phone them once ti phoned the pharmacy and sort what the problem was myself this is not very professional but on the plus side the reception staff always sound friendly on the phone and I've only ever had to deal mostly with them on the phone
