Once again wasted my time going to this aparent 24 hr store to be told my Muhammed, aparently a manager that hes closed and wont serve me... firstly because hes short staffed, then changed to his tills are down, and then that he is too busy to be serving. Absolute embarrasment to M&S. Poor performance and worse management. Should be sold on to a company that will actually open the store and not advertise false openig times

Great shop bit pricey but it is m&s great staff and coffee is awesome

I went into the store to buy my lunch ans dinner for 12 hour shift.the staff on shift were extremely nasty and unhelpful. The staff member serving me shood me away from the counter using his hand and not saying anything to me. He put my stuff through the till and didnt even tell me how much it was he just pointed at the card machine and walked away without saying anything to me . I felt like a piece of dirt on how shoe. Will not be shopping there again
