Doctors are, and have always been fantastic, the receptionists however have made my experience literal He'll, from the day they made a gp appointment for me during a baby clinic after my baby daughter died, to calling me a liar about an order for prescriptions, and went and listened to the recording only to prove I was right and never apologised. They deliberately mix up my prescriptions, make it difficult to get to speak to a gp even though said gp had told me to contact them whenever I needed. Again, the GPs have always been amazing, I'd give the a 5 star.

All I can say is I would personally like to thank Denise (receptionist) for her professional and total understanding of the situation I was explaining to her about my mother. Just a wonderful member of staff and a credit to her profession. Thank you so so much in this delicate matter.
