So many times, Ive been put through by finnart for staff not answer or hang up.
Only good thing about the Waterfront was Louise in the Library, out of all the staff she actually tries to help.
Fiona cant even do anything right! any time Ive gotten her to do a password reset, I had to go to Louise to fix it. Half the time reception sends you up to her anyways.
Honestly out of all the campuses waterfront is the less rubbish
