1) booked a b&b only got the bed the owner seemed shocked that we actually wanted breakfast!!! I quote "I haven't got time to do breakfast there are plenty of places round here to go and eat " also " there are cutlery,cups and plates also microwave and fridge, if you use any can you wash them in your bathroom sink" unquote. 2) surely it should only be advertised as room only not a b&b !!! 3) as it was only a dorma ( hope that's the right word ) bungalow the owner lived up stairs where you could here every creak and step he made as late as 1am to as early at 6am 4) to get to our room you have to walk down the side of the building which would have been fine as there were sensor lights. Unfortunately the hedge needed a good trim. 5) tea,coffee and kettle in the room NO milk 6) the bathroom was small but workable so could live with that however only given fresh towels on first night no fresh ones offered for the rest of stay ( 3days) For me the only good thing about this place was the room was clean, ample wardrobe space and a TV. Would I stay here again absolutely NOT.

Does not honour booking. Badly let down I made a booking on 31 July, Danny agreed he could provide a cooked breakfast and we agreed a price and I confirmed by email. He asked me to let him know when I would arrive, so I emailed on 04 September to let him know. I then received an email 05 September 01:24 "I note your time of arrival and booking which include self serve continental breakfast" I emailed back 05 September 10:40: "Danny, I thought we had agreed proper cooked breakfast? 60/night is expensive for just continental." Danny replied 05 September 10:53: "Cooked breakfast is additional 10 pound per day" And then Danny 05 September 11:09: "Cooked breakfast is not available at present due to covid restrictions You may cancel your booking if you prefer" I then replied 05 September 11:19 [to 10:53, not having refreshed and seen 11:09]: "No, we discussed cooked breakfast before agreeing price." Danny 05 September 11:26: "I am cancelling your booking as I do not want to get into an argument with you" I leave readers to make up their own minds.
