Phoned up today to get advice from the pharmist girl who answers keeps saying during the conversation we are short staffed can you phone back later I explain I'm looking for advice and want the pharmist to phone me back with my problem how rude was this? I'm left rageing felt as through was just trying to thob me off! She was really rude

Boots in Greenock is ok. not absolutely fantastic and it's an odd shape as well, because of the way that it is built in shopping centre. you can't get a Wi-Fi signal and also you can't get an EE signal at the back of the shop either, so it's hard to update your app, if you are in there. sometimes it gets very busy and they don't have a lot of staff at till, so you can have a good wait at times
