        I'm not happy with my experience in this salon, I'm not a regular user but was going to start using them to top up my tan however as entering my details the salon manager Caroline made me feel silly for not knowing what bed I was requiring as I asked for the normal one she looked at me as if I was a fool, then because I didn't want to buy some lotions she basically ignored me the rest of the time while prosessing my bed then never thanked me, very arrogant lady, in need of management training, and customer training.

        Went into the south street branch to ask about building up a tan for my sons wedding in 2 months time. The girls where were so helpful explaining that I could purchase a block booking of 60 mins of tanning at only 35.99 and advised me on a cream that would best suit me. as there are lots of creams to choose from so did not have a clue were to start. Beautiful shop spotlessly clean. Staff welcoming & helpful. Would recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing experience in tanning.
