        Why is it still closed on a Saturday, a lot of ppl work Mon to Fri 9 til late and can not get to bank until weekend to deposit money. The machines to do this are inside which is pointless if its closed

        Waiting ages to get through to an adviser only to get cut off whilst explaining my issue. I stupidly expected the adviser to call me back. He didnt . I had to phone the main number again and got fed up after waiting for 20 minutes to speak to someone.

        Why is it impossible to speak to someone at your local branch? I want to arrange an appointment to open a debit card account for my 12 year old son and thought as an existing customer this would be hassle free. My perception is RBS are intentionally making it difficult to contact them.
