and received excellent service. Discovered a problem with the car but the lads delt with it no problems or hassle.100 percent recommend them

I called to ask for this garage to look and quote for work to be done on my car
They said to bring it in ok the Friday they could get a look and order what was needed and should be done by the following Tuesday
Work I knew it did need was new dpf
New center exhaust fitted that I have supplied
Oils
Change and filter change I supplied
Tires and brakes
Mot and check to see what else it needed
A week and a half later o get a quote for 2400

Didnt ask for like
Top of the line tires

Air filter
Fuel filter

Did tell them on the phone what I had Done what needed to be done and obviously didnt listen
So
New quote given
2 weeks later still no car still
No update
I rang and got told should be done soon
Couple of
Days later I rang up again now this is over 3 weeks
To be told it has to go to Ford so they kindly sort this I ask
For them to let me know that quote from them
Ford took over a
Week to then go ahead and fix it adding nearly 200 to the bill
I ring again to see whats going on as we get a bill from this afternoon place 2000
Oh yes its ready they tell me
So we ask has it had an mot
Oh
No sorry that will be tomorrow
So over 4 weeks and zero customer skills
Not to mention the abuse I got when I called annoyed that the car still was not ready
Disgusting customer service avoid at all costs
