Lindsay Jack & Son & all staff, I thank you all for the way you dealt with my husband Paddys passing, the kindness & understanding shown to my family & myself was much appreciated. Lindsay took care of everything to the last detail, nothing was to much trouble. An excellent service.

Excellent and caring service was provided at a very difficult time. Much consideration was given to the family's wishes and all parts of the arrangements were well organised.

I could not speak highly enough of the services provided by Lindsay Jack at the time of son's death. In accordance with my son's wishes we opted for direct cremation. Having compared some local funeral directors, Mr Jack offered us the opportunity to view our son's body, if we wished, which others did not. Although we did not take up this offer, it was available and others in the same situation might find this helpful. All arrangements were handled personally by Mr Jack, and he kept us fully informed of what was happening at all stages. He was also extremely helpful in arranging for registration of death and general advice on administrative matters. He said that we could phone him at any time of day or night about anything at all. He could not have been more supportive. Everything about the services he provided were exemplary, and I do not believe it could be bettered. On top of this, the costs were far lower than the other two quotations we received. One was 50% higher and the other was 25% higher. I would have no hesitation in recommending Lindsay Jack to anyone at such a difficult time.
