Arrived after booking a table and my partner and I were shown to our table . As other customers entered they were given menus and asked what they would like to drink . After 30 minutes of waiting my partner had to ask a member of staff for menus. Eventually a member of staff brought over menus and asked what we would like to drink. After a further 15 minutes our order was taken. Starters were ok and then our main dishes were brought out . I had asked for peppercorn sauce for my partners steak which never materialized and my own main course looked like it had been thrown together. Total cost 72:25p which was vastly over inflated and two hours of my life I wish I could get back . I should have walked out . Customer service utterly appalling.

3 of us turned up without a reservation but luckily we got squeezed in. Varied dishes of chowder for a starter and langoustines, Crab de Mornay and fillet steak for mains - no room for dessert! Food was delicious and good value for money - a lovely treat! Staff were welcoming and friendly too.
