Very good. Quick and stress free for the dog. Good treatment and option to get a prescription only (cheaper to get meds online).

Always an issue. They told us our dog had hip displacement. I advised that I didn't agree but as a dog owner, I thought I better listen to advice. However, during the preop, they found no evidence. Wasted a claim on insurance and money. Never told the healthy pet club that we renewed our subscription when we paid the Vet directly. The vet was lovely but after leaving got a rude call from the receptionist asking for payment. I asked why and was advised the pet club expired. It's not the responsibility of the Vet to tell me. I agree but since they didn't tell the Pet Club I paid they couldn't either. The receptionist staff are so unhelpful. You turn up with your dog and they normally ignore the dog. The Vets keep changing. I dealt with a manager who is no longer available only 2 months ago. Terrible place
