Sauna is usually too cold to even break a sweat.
Steamroom is often not working, smells, and is dirty.
Disabled toilets shower not working.
Showers are always too cold.
Been in several times where facilities not working and staff clearly unaware or don't care.
I often leave disappointed after receiving a refund.
Used to be the opposite and used this place often. Now it's never. It's a shame that new management has run it into the ground. And, would rather spend the profits on expensive chairs for their office. People stopped using it and now go elsewhere. They only have themselves to blame. Needs knocked down to be quite frank.
