* Close between 1pm and 2pm for lunch re Medications.
* Near impossible to contact as they rarely answer the phone.
* One person in the actual Pharmacy promised TWICE now they would set up my medications for delivery when they come in; but has repeatedly NOT done it. In essence has lied.
* Say they only deliver Tuesday to Thursday, yet last month delivered on a Friday and a Monday due to their mistake. If it is the case and they changed it, they then should notify customers, so they do not go without lifesaving medications. They don't though and put lives at risk.
* Promise to call back but DO NOT.
* When they do deliver, mess up and leave items off. Contact them and they blame the driver saying he did not get it from the safe. Highly doubt he would have access to the safe and ALL the restricted medications they have. Limited Staff would have access to these medications/safe and would have to give it to the driver, he wouldn't be given access into the safe. In other words blame others, note same person as to whom said they set up the deliveries to come out, but hasn't.
* This store is giving Boots as terrible name. Do not know who is to blame and responsible (Valerie dollard, Store Manager) for the Pharmacy Staff but both they and the staff member should be in serious trouble for putting lives at risk.
