Totally obnoxiously rude sales assistant on today with dark hair and glasses. she shouldn't be working with the public with a bad attitude like hers i will be going to Boots from now on, all least you get treated with manners and civility there. Lloyds, time to get your "staff" in check !!! Absolutely shocking !!!

Disappointed that my local Lloyd's isn't open for 9am, They should update their website if this is going to be the case. lady waiting outside said that usually means no pharmacist available at that time. I had clients prescription, and my own to pick up but didn't have time to hang around.

Always a friendly service although as with a lot of these services sometimes the wait can be quite long when busy especially first thing in morning and after lunch time. Has private consultation area and usually medicines on offer. Parking is close by next to car park across from B & M
