Very disappointed with the cut from here. They made a mess of my dogs face and ears. Uneven scissor marks (see pic) and I didnt feel that she had been given a full groom, just a very bad 40 haircut. Theyre response is not true either. My dogs ears werent matted, I had washed and brushed her one week previously. I took two dogs and they were done in an hour and a half along with another dog that was there. That dog HAD been groomed when I arrived, it was freshly shaved. These people take no responsibility for their work and make false statements in their replies. Instead of apologies they just make excuses and blame the customers. My sisters dog is a mess too. Ill post how hes supposed to look and how he left their place. Feel free to use these photos on your website if youre proud of this work.

So thankful we came to this groomers. Our puppy is quite timid and the ladies were so great with him. So patient and understanding with him. The store is so welcoming. The ladies are happy to have a chat and hear what I need and want. He looked amazing, enjoyed his time and was so well looked after. Cash only.
