Both my kids (8 & 10) attend Project Theatre youth theatre. My daughter has been going for 7 months and I can see her confidence grow. Tonight shes putting on a show for the family, inspired by the recent Easter school. Shes made tickets, programmes and we can get snacks, a raffle and a back stage tour too. Shes charging us money of course, shes not daft! My son has been going for about a year and really enjoying rehearsing for his first principal role in Matilda. Hes made great friends there and looks forward to going every week.

All 3 of my children have been part of Project Theatre for the past 5 years and love it! Covering acting, singing, dancing and filming, there's something for everyone. The youth theatre classes gives an opportunity for everyone to shine whether they want to try out for a main principle role or be part of the chorus, everyones included and what a production they produce. I have seen my childrens confidence grow, year upon year being part of this company, not only on stage but as they become young adults. The taster classes for younger kids who maybe want to join the main youth theatre when they're older are fantastic too. My youngest son has enjoyed these, having loads of fun and making new friends. Project Theatre also encourages and enables the older members (if they want) to obtain experience working from the other side, having them work alongside the production team and volunteers as classroom assistants. Giving them valuable skills and ethics for the future. I could not recommend this company more if you are looking for something like this for your child. It's just the best!!

My daughter loves going to project theatre. She enjoys being part of the group putting together shows for others to see. She has made lots of new friends and enjoys meeting new people from other schools. She also likes attending some fundraising events such as movie night and Easter egg hunt

My eldest daughter has attended this theatre group for nearly 3 years now. During this time i have seen her grow in confidence and ability in her singing, dancing and acting. We were particularly grateful to all staff who worked tirelessly to offer lessons via Zoom during the year of lockdown, helping the children keep connected and to continue learning and performing to their potential.
