        Pros...Absolutely love my new kitchen Dougie and his team were fantastic. Cons... Kitchen was ment to be started on 7th june got a call from Jack on the 4th to say because of staff shortage they wouldn't be starting till the next monday 14th. It didn't start till 16th. Fitters knew nothing about the staff problems. I on 3 occasions for different reasons called the shop to speak to Jack but he was never available and although I was told he'd call me back he never did. It's now been 4weeks since my kitchen was completed and I've not had any phone call asking if I'm happy. My kitchen cost just short of 10,000 I'm disappointed that after spending this amount a courtesy call asking if I'm happy didn't come. Jack talked the talk when designing the kitchen but once he got our money (which had to be paid before the work started) then any contact stopped. Customer service is shocking. Services: Install flooring, Remodeling
