It was my first time buying a car all by myself and i was really nervous but Lauren made the process so easy and made to sure answer all my questions and addressed all my doubts before purchasing. As the branch was so far away from me i was unable to see the car in person but Ellis sent some super helpful videos which showed everything in detail so when i collected the car from my local branch it looked exactly like he'd shown me. I don't know if i would have gone through the the sale if his videos hadn't been so detailed and helpful. Great service overall, my only regret is that i didn't collect the car from Grangemouth as well as the Altrincham branch i collected it from were not helpful at all and the customer service from Grangemouth was unmatched. The label "Product Genius" is very fitting for Lauren as that's exactly what it felt like she was however couldn't say the same from the staff at the other branch i picked the car up from. Would definitely recommend Mercedes-Benz of Grangemouth to anyone looking to buy a car!

Fantastic service and not as expensive as I expected. I was welcomed on arrival and their estimated time for addressing the recall required and additional work was spot on. Thank you, I look forward to returning soon
