We ran out (our fault for not keeping an eye on the kerosene level) but Rix were right on it. The customer service reps, who answer the phones for the Grangemouth depot, are never anything less than polite, professional and just downright pleasant to chat with. Quick delivery offered, and each time they've arrived before the promised delivery date. Cannot fault you Rix.

Payed driver cash on delivery I counted it he counted it then when he back to depot the was 20 short months to sort out then they said it was banking error

I have very different experience from another reviewer. We ran out when there was a lot of snow on the ground and the hill up to us was treacherous. Driver volunteered to try it and got up ok. Made the delivery and faced a very dangerous descent where the lorry could have started sledging down the hill. He made it ok. That was several years ago but the driver is still with them and I would not consider using anyone else since. I recommend them.

Avoid- Paid for emergency next day delivery. Waited in all day , after a no show I called up. Told it wont be coming today, not coming Saturday and thats life. Phone then went dead. Left us with no heating, no hot water a 6 year old in the house.
