        Staff are friendly and very helpful. Centre is designed to help anyone who wants an non-impact work out. The staff will guide you through the use of the machines. Highly recommended.

        Went today for a free trial session was very apprehensive about going , shouldn't have worried the girls were lovely , kind , and helpful made you feel very much at ease . I am disabled lady never been in a gym environment in my life. I enjoyed it and joined up id recommend to anyone feeling a we bit nervous dont let it put you off the atmosphere is very much relaxed . Looking forward to my next session . Thank you
