The company does not return your messages and when asked about it advised that "it happens all the time". Rude telephone manner and very unhelpful. I am not sure who I spoke to as they never introduced themselves but apparently it was a manager. When questioned further on why she has to be rude I was told that she's not being rude that's how deal with the public. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
