I can 100% recommend this company. Having spoken to them today I'd like to say how knowledgeable and supportive they have been. Hopefully I will have the pleasure of dealing with them again.

After a telephone call to Doug and explained my situation, down to his experience he was able to tell me exactly what I have had to deal with so far right down to how many pages my finance companies report was and that it was mostly pictures filled in with minimal and useless info about my complaint to favour the finance company. After a lengthy conversation with Doug although I am in no financial state to be able to afford his service he has given me a number of options to choose from and even given me a wealth of helpful advice on how to at least find and resolve my issue personally if I don't go any further with the financial ombudsman. Although the cost of his service will be returned to me upon winning my case I just don't have the funds available to be able to do this with a toddler in the house and me being on long term sick due to health reasons. If anyone was to ask me if I could recommend a service of this sort I would definitely tell them to talk to elite inspections 100%. After the help and guidance I have recieved I have zero doubts about their exceptional service. Thank you so much, I really can't express gow greatful I am for everything. Even just the chat and guidance has put me so much at ease it's unbelievable. I'm sorry though that I could only rate you 5 stars. Google won't allow any more

Not independent and biased towards who's paying the bill! PSA employed Elite to inspect my car that I was trying to reject after 4 trips back to the supplying dealership. Their report took a long time to come through and when I questioned the delays PSA they told me he was talking to the supplying dealer. Sure enough his report has lots of references back to the Peugeot dealers job cards! Surely beginning independent means he inspects whats in front of him and comes to his own conclusions? Instead he was effectively an employee of PSA. He also goes as low as saying I drove dangerously with my children in the car! How he can say this is beyond me as he's never seen me drive with my children on board. Doug, if you're reading this we were in a private car park and I was driving round in circles showing you the fault. In the end I commissioned Automotive Consulting Engineers to inspect the car for my own report and luckily the Finance Ombudsman service saw through the false allegations and biased report from Elite.
