I had already chose my engagement ring and it was being sized at another jeweler's. However I stopped dead in tracks at a stunning solitaire vs2 marquise/platinum 0.60 carat ring with certification. It was meant to be and only 13 hundred pounds. It still had it's new label on for 2.6 k. Once that was settled I asked about a wedding band to veiw. ANGIE pirst pulled out a perfect platinum diamond all round skinny band and they will keep it for me till wedding and final balance paid. I had received a text about 10 percent of next purchase and they knocked 85 off. Angie and Francis were so good and helpful . What a lovely experience at Harry Ramsdens Grangemouth

I went in to this store for a price to trade in 2 gold rings. Was told they were not worth much and given a first offer of 65 for both. Then the lady said she could give me 95 for both. Amazing how the offer went up. However I have had these rings valued and they are 18th century 9ct gold rings, one valued at 350, the other at 500. I want people to be aware that this is not acceptable. Obviously this lady has not been trained in estimating value of jewlery.
