        Phoned up on a thursday got booked for monday morning at 9am. Phoned at 9:30 as no show to be told he was at an emergency job which i wasnt informed of. Guy arrived monday at 12:10 had a look said i cant get rid of all these stains okay i said just do the best that u can kinda thing then he said he was going to get his stuff out the van and i received a text shortly after saying he cant do the carpets cause apparently his boss said no when they text came almost a minute after he left the door. Services: Pet stain & odor removal, General carpet cleaning
