        My husband and I were at this chemist today as he was unable to secure an item from his prescription from Lloyds pharmacy due to their being none available because of a manufacturing problem and it was an important part of his medication. TLC were first class and able to help and he got a month's supply no problem. Staff were first class and extremely helpful. Highly recommend

        Arrogant staff member, went twice for my prescription feels I should go back for 3rd time !! barked at me "we are busy as it's Christmas" and wasn't too happy when i asked for the prescription to go to another Pharmacy, what really shocked me was telling me not to come back when i left the shop, you won't have to worry I won't... maybe invest in some customer service skills rather than dying your hair!!!!
